Waivers must be filled out by all participants and spectators prior to entry to Launch Trampoline Park. Our number one priority is the safety of all, therefore, it is required that everyone entering the facility sign a waiver.

All individuals under the age of 18 MUST have a waiver signed by a Parent or Court-Appointed Legal Guardian.

Minors under the age of 18 without a waiver signed by a Parent or Court-Appointed Legal Guardian will not be allowed to jump.

We strongly encourage that you fill out the Waiver Form online. Remember, the waiver is good for one year making it more convenient on your next visit.

For additional convenience, we also provide you with the option to fill out your waiver at our kiosks located right inside the entrance to Launch.

If it is more convenient for you to have a paper waiver, you may download it, print it and bring it in to Launch, however your information may not be in our system on your next visit. If you have filled out a paper waiver in the past, we strongly encourage you to submit your waiver electronically to ensure that your information will be on file for 1 year.
