Launch Fitness Classes combine plyometrics, cardio, and strength building aerobics to create a high intensity, low impact, full body workout that can burn up to 1,000 CALORIES PER HOUR!
Classes are approximately 45 minutes and participants need to arrive 15 minutes early for check in and waiver submission. Must be 18 years of age to participate.
Buying tickets online is easy and recommended to ensure that you reserve your spot. The process is easy and saves time. To ensure that you are ready to go at your selected time, we strongly encourage that you fill out the Waiver Form online. Remember, the waiver is good for one year making it more convenient on your next visit.
