Customer Service

Our Customer Service Associates are friendly, outgoing people who enjoy serving customers and attending to their needs. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role where the ultimate goal is to deliver exceptional service. You will be the first impression for customers in person and on the phone. The Customer Service Associate takes care of a wide variety of tasks, including: general admissions, verifying safety waivers, cash register sales, providing jumping equipment, serving food concession orders, hosting birthday parties, cleaning upkeep, etc.

Court Monitor

Court Monitors are outgoing and focused individuals who will strive to maintain safety and order on The Launch Pad. As a Court Monitor, you play an important role in ensuring our customers experience fun and fitness in a safe environment. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where our jumping rules are enforced on behalf of all customers and parents. The ideal candidate would have a high energy level and positive attitude, as well as the ability to remain calm and think on their feet. Must be physically able to jump on trampolines for up to 1 hour. First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.

Birthday Party Attendant

Birthday Party Attendants at Launch Trampoline Park are friendly, outgoing people who enjoy serving customers and attending to their needs. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role where the ultimate goal is to deliver exceptional service. Must be highly organized and have the ability to interact and communicate well with children and adults. The ideal candidate must be able to handle large groups of people and be able to enforce rules in a positive manner.

Camp Leaders

Camp staffers at Launch Trampoline Park must be positive, highly energetic people who love to lead school vacation and summer day camps. Must be a natural leader of children, have the ability to enforce rules in a positive manner, and be able to create exciting, activity based lesson plans. Must be physically able to jump on trampolines for up to 1 hour.

Fitness Instructors

Fitness Instructors at Launch Trampoline Park must be positive, motivating, highly energetic, people who hold certifications as group exercise instructors and/or personal trainers. Will be responsible for growing/developing a trampoline group exercise program at Launch Trampoline Park, promoting trampoline fitness, and choreographing/leading fitness classes. First Aid/CPR certification is a must.

Mascot

To be our hip hoppin’ kangaroo mascot, Joey, you’ve got to be fun, creative, and highly energetic! Will be responsible for posing for pictures, signing autographs, attending community and charity events, etc. Previous mascot experience and physical agility a plus. Must be physically able to jump on trampolines for up to 1 hour.

Floor Supervisor

Floor Supervisors at Launch Trampoline Park are dedicated and hardworking individuals who aim to provide superior customer service to our customers and lead a team of floor staff to exceed goals and expectations. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service supervisory skills and experience, is very organized and a team player. Must be physically able to jump on trampolines for up to 1 hour.

Inside Sales Associate

The Inside Sales Associate position at Launch Trampoline Park requires someone who is able to maintain an active role in group and event sales, accurately book events, and exceed set weekly and monthly goals. The ideal candidate has past phone sales and online-booking experience, is highly motivated, customer savvy and has exceptional customer service skills.
